About Us

Relive Physiotherapy is Chester's fastest-growing, multi-award-winning Physiotherapy clinic. We pride ourselves on doing things differently--going above and beyond to create 5-star experiences for our clients. Our mission is to deliver exceptional care in a warm, welcoming environment, and we're looking for someone who shares our passion for helping people and striving for excellence.

The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and people-focused Customer Care Officer to join our vibrant team. As the first point of contact for many of our clients, this role plays a vital part in delivering outstanding service and ensuring every client interaction is a positive one.

This is a phone-focused role (up to 75% phone-based) that combines client support, engagement, and sales-oriented responsibilities in a friendly and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Engagement

Answer incoming calls and manage client bookings and rebookings. Follow up with new client enquiries via phone, email, website, or social media. Proactively call and convert potential leads into new appointments. Contact clients to reschedule missed or cancelled appointments. Follow up with recently discharged clients to understand their experience. Re-engage with lapsed or hesitant clients and nurture long-term relationships. Conduct birthday or check-in calls to clients as part of our client care initiatives.

Reception & Administrative Support

Provide exceptional front-of-house service to clients in the reception area. Support general administrative tasks within the reception team. Assist the Business Development Manager with client outreach campaigns.

Sales & Product Knowledge

Understand and clearly communicate the clinic's range of services and products. Meet individual contribution targets to support overall clinic growth.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a telephony-based role is highly advantageous. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks. Positive, proactive, and "can-do" attitude. Able to work independently, take initiative, and thrive in a busy environment. Passionate about helping people and delivering top-tier client service.

What You'll Get

A starting salary of 27,300, reviewed after successful probation. Full training and ongoing support from day one. A friendly, supportive team environment. Opportunity to be part of a purpose-driven, values-led organisation that prioritises people.
