Location: Clacton-on-Sea

Working Hours: Tuesday to Saturday, 09:00 - 17:30,

As a Customer Care Returns Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive outstanding support and assistance. Your responsibilities will include:

Managing inbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.

Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues through email correspondence.

Handling customer refunds in accordance with company policies.

Engaging with customers via live chat to provide real-time assistance.

Collaborating with chat bots to streamline customer support processes.

Keeping up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.

Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.

Familiarity with chat bots and live chat platforms is advantageous.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work one Saturday shift per week.
