Deal with all customers in a professional manner across all platforms, such as telephone, email and online chat
Provide customers with quotes, product information and process sales through the appropriate software including Amazon & eBay
Proactively offer customers any relevant special offers
Arrange the collection of any goods from customers
Deal with customer complaints in a sympathetic and professional manner
You will need to have a good level of IT, English and Maths skills and previous customer service experience is preferred. Full and in-depth training will be given therefore experience in fire safety is not essential.
