As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll deliver exceptional customer service and support across phone and email, ensuring every order and delivery runs smoothly. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries, resolving courier and delivery issues, and maintaining strong relationships that reflect our reputation for reliability and care.
Provide prompt and professional support to customers by phone and email.
Accurately process sales orders and enquiries within the ERP system.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support long-term satisfaction.
Track and monitor deliveries, liaising with courier partners to resolve any issues.
Raise and manage courier claims to recover losses and protect business interests.
Work collaboratively with Warehouse, Purchasing, and Accounts teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery.
Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring fast, fair, and positive resolutions.
Support new customers through onboarding and initial orders.
Maintain up-to-date and accurate information in CRM and ERP systems.
Identify and upsell relevant products during inbound enquiries.
Previous experience in Customer Care or Sales Support.
Confident, positive telephone manner with excellent communication skills.
Calm and professional under pressure, with strong attention to detail.
Able to multitask and manage a fast-paced workload efficiently.
Comfortable using systems such as Excel, Outlook, ERP, CRM, and web-based tools.
Proactive problem-solver, confident liaising with couriers and delivery partners.
A team player with a collaborative approach and strong organisational skills.
Experience with transport, delivery partners, or courier claims would be beneficial but is not essential.
