Your Role



Communication: Connect and engage with customers via phone, email, and chat to ensure they receive the best service.

Problem-Solving: We work closely with our couriers and other business teams to resolve delivery issues and always find innovative solutions with a smile.

Goals: Help us maintain a customer satisfaction score of 95% and a Trustpilot score of 4.8 - because we aim to stay the UK's no.1 recipe box doing this by hitting personal and team goals!

Working Hours



Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 9am-6pm (1 hour lunch-break)

Two days in the office (Tuesday and Wednesday - we believe in building in-person connections. These are the days we have our weekly all-hands meeting, and most of your colleagues are in), and three days optional working from home.
