12 Month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Peterborough (We believe in the power of in-person collaboration, and our hybrid model requires colleagues to be in the office a minimum of 40% of their time after fully trained)
Salary: A competitive salary starting from 23,875 depending on the experience you can bring.

As a Customer Care Support Associate, you're the person that our customers rely on to help them manage their financial wellbeing. You'll process customer requests, answer queries and work with your team to solve any complex issues.
We'll train you. We're not looking for financial experts (though they are very welcome!) because when you join us, you'll join our Platform Academy and learn from some of our experts. Before you deal with customers, we'll give you the skills and the technical knowhow to delight and support them.
We'll help you develop a career. If you want to take your career further, we'll help you work towards a professional qualification in financial administration or planning.
