We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused

Junior Customer Service Support Associate

to join our dynamic marketing team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, solving problems, and supporting clients while learning the ins and outs of the marketing industry. You will be a key point of contact for customer enquiries, ensuring exceptional service and contributing to the success of ongoing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities



Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and online platforms in a timely manner Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotional campaigns Assist in resolving customer concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention Support the coordination of campaign activities and client requests Collect feedback from customers to help improve service and marketing efforts

Skills and Qualifications



Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail Basic computer literacy; experience with CRM systems is a plus A positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not essential
