Job Purpose: -Administer the Green Motion UK's complaints and mediatory service.
-Record details of the complaint and supporting documentation on our database.
-Investigate complaints and respond to customers in a timely, courteous and cost efficient manner.
Based: Green Motion are the leading fully environmental car and van rental company worldwide. Expansion of the UK Master Franchise has led to an opportunity at our Buckinghamshire head office.

Responsibilities:
Operate the companies complaints and conciliation service so that complaints between Franchisee and mutual customer(s) are resolved in an efficient and effective manner.
Identify nature of the complaint by referring to Green Motion policies and Procedures.
Ensure details of the customer, the complaint and supporting documentation are accurate recorded within appropriate systems.
Investigate and track complaints in order to meet the agreed service level targets.
Resolve disputes based on the evidence obtained from the parties and provide a written explanation on the decision reached.
Identify non-compliance with Green Motion policies and procedures and take necessary remedial steps.
Work with the department in promoting and developing Green Motion policies and procedures.
To carry out any other administration tasks as required.
The candidate

Candidates must demonstrate the following:
Experience in Microsoft Excel including reporting.
An eye for detail, methodical approach to tasks, excellent administrative and organisational skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (email and telephone).
Positive attitude to routine tasks.
Ability to multi-task, i.e. handle several projects and tasks at one time.
Comfortable working in a small team to deadlines and in a highly pressured environment.
Preference will be given to candidates with:
Experience working in a Customer Service Department with high volume
Experience working in the vehicle rental or leasing sector.
Part-time hours: 21.5 per week
