We are looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven
Customer Communications Executive
to join our team on a
fixed-term contract - maternity cover
. Within this role you will help to execute and measure our customer communications across events, social media, and email marketing.
Reporting into the Head of Brand & Communications, you'll work with team members and key stakeholders across the business to ensure we develop a sustained customer communications programme, ensuring that our customers feel engaged, informed, and part of our System C family.
You will need strong analytical skills with a commitment to creative marketing, be willing to work with other team members in order to contribute to our marketing targets.
Key responsibilities:
Establish a regular customer communications programme to strengthen customer retention and grow spend through the customer lifecycle.
Produce customer newsletters for relevant customer groups, working with product management, support, professional services to gather content, review, build and publish.
Promote customer go-lives, new wins internally and externally with a particular focus on social media channels.
Assist in the planning and execution of customer focused user events (online and face to face).
Implement programs, processes, and tools to increase engagement between customers and System C, driving value and supporting cross-sell and up-sell campaigns executed by the demand generation team.
Take ownership of developing our customer data within Salesforce, including preference centres and tracking of reference sites.
Work on our customer advocacy programme to increase advocacy across our business, to include the development and maintenance of strong relationships with key customers.
Support the measurement of campaign effectiveness through generating regular reports.
Develop a community platform for use across the System C user community to support communications and engagement.
Requirements:
At least four years' experience in a B2B marketing role (hi-tech preferred although not essential).
Strong written and verbal skills, with practical experience of writing marketing content.
Experience with Salesforce and Marketo is advantageous.
Excellent commercial acumen and relationship-building skills.
The ability to deliver projects and results within set timescales.
Confident, persuasive and outgoing - with strong influencing skills.
Positive and proactive attitude.
Excellent attention to detail and quality.
