Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Communications Executive to join our dynamic Marketing & Communications team. In this role, you'll play a key part in how we inform and connect with our customers every day, through email, SMS, letters, bills, leaflets, and more. It's a brilliant opportunity to use your copywriting and campaign experience to help shape our brand and support essential customer engagement, from water-saving campaigns to incident response.

What you'll be doing

As a Communications Executive, you'll:

Plan and deliver targeted customer communications across multiple channels. Create compelling copy for letters, emails, leaflets, and web content. Use customer data to segment and personalise communications for maximum impact. Monitor campaign performance and use insights to continuously optimise our approach. Support key initiatives including home moves, smart metering, water efficiency, and e-billing uptake. Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance. Be part of our out-of-hours reactive communications team, helping manage incident comms when needed.

What we're looking for

2+ years' experience in a customer communications or marketing role Strong copywriting skills with excellent attention to detail Confident using email and SMS platforms, CRM systems, and customer databases Understanding of GDPR and communication best practices Skilled in targeting, segmentation and personalisation Comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
