Customer Coordinator East Kilbride

Job Description

We are looking for a strong right hand person to support our Distribution Manager in running a busy office where the phone never stops.

Main duties are dealing with customer inquiries, orders and associated paperwork. Identify the vehicle, driver and load requirements for the day and co-ordinate customer deliveries to ensure full customer satisfaction. You will also help keep the team motivated, ensure the smooth running of the department and contribute to the planning of short and long term goals of the department.

Our ideal candidate will have all of the following attributes and experience:-

In addition to the above it would be preferable if you possess a clean driving licence and are able to provide a full employment history and references.
