Role Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Coordinator to join our team. As a Coordinator at Drift Limits, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring they have a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish. Your role will involve greeting customers, answering their questions, handling complaints, running operational days and assisting with the sale of additional services.

Greet all customers with a warm and friendly welcome. Answer any questions customers may have about their experience and the day's events. Handle any customer complaints promptly and professionally. Assist with the sale and execution of extras such as hot laps, media packages, and additional driving laps. Assist our Pit Lane Manager with daily operations including occasional holiday cover. Organise the running day ensuring customer experiences are completed in a timely manner. Manage staff in the operational day, ensuring company policies are adhered to.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A customer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding service. Experience in a customer service role is preferred. Ability to work weekends and flexible hours. Ability to thrive under pressure. Motorsport and driving experience.

Hours: Flexible but Sundays are a must!

Pay: 28,500.00-29,500.00 per year
