What you will achieve



Own and deliver ambitious sales and growth targets

across multiple strategic eCommerce customers, aligning with our local and global objectives.

Lead the development, negotiation, and implementation of complex Joint Business Plans (JBPs)

with major online retailers, driving share growth and ensuring compliance.

Master accurate forecasting

of volume, sales, and investment through expert 6P+A planning, identifying risks and opportunities proactively.

Ignite retail marketing demand

by strategically leveraging all online critical success factors and levers.

Provide crucial strategic insights

, anticipating digital market trends and guiding leadership on emerging opportunities and risks.

Coach, mentor, and elevate

other members of our eCommerce team, sharing your expertise and boosting overall team capabilities.

Represent Hill's

at industry events, expanding our network and benchmarking against best-in-class eCommerce practices.

Drive continuous process improvements

and foster innovative digital engagement using advanced analytics and emerging technologies.

Champion cross-functional collaboration

between Sales, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Digital teams to optimize the entire eCommerce experience.

Oversee complex commercial agreements

and long-term growth investments, always aligning with profitability targets.

Manage the full product lifecycle

from portfolio and new item planning to promotion planning, forecasting, inventory, and engaging content creation.

What Makes You a Great Fit:



Degree-level education. Proficient in Google tools with demonstrable experience in dashboard building.

5+ years of account management experience

with a proven track record of successful commercial skills with online retailers. An

entrepreneurial and curious mindset

, eager to experiment and test new ideas. Proficient in digital shelf analysis tools, adept at leveraging data to build compelling business cases. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and experience deploying the right levers for business growth. Exceptional communication skills and a talent for stakeholder engagement. A

confident leader

who can coach and work effectively in a cross-functional team, thriving in conditions of uncertainty or complexity.
