What You'll Be Doing
Be a first point of contact for customer queries via social media, phone and email
Support the full onboarding journey, from designing welcome emails to preparing customer information packs
Create and send newsletters, event reminders and customer feedback surveys
Monitor and respond to social media channels, supporting the wider marketing team with content ideas
Keep our CRM system accurate and updated, helping internal teams stay informed
Support monthly billing cycles and follow up with any missed payments
Research trends in education, exams, and competitors and present findings to the wider team
Take ownership of planning, organising and delivering events that run efficiently and professionally
Who You Are
A recent graduate with a degree in communications, business, marketing, psychology or a related field
A confident communicator; clear, professional and empathetic
excellent telephone manner.
Highly organised, with good attention to detail and a structured approach
Tech-savvy and comfortable using email platforms, CRMs and productivity tools
Curious about what drives customer satisfaction and retention
Keen to learn and grow within a professional, purpose-driven environment
ideally but not necessary, had exposure to Adobe Creative Suite
