You'll be responsible for supporting the development and measurement of personalised experiences that drive value to both customers and the bank
This is a varied and strategic role focused on the measurement and optimisation of our Customer Engagement strategy, helping to show the value generated for customes and the bank
Our team operates within a hybrid working model, so you'll spend most of your time at home, coming into the office at least once a week to collaborate closely with your colleagues
