The internal title for the role is Product Specialist, you can download the full description at the bottom of our website advert. You'll be based at our Union office in the centre of Manchester - opposite the town hall.


What we're looking for:



A positive customer focusedattitude is important for us in this role which is why the following bullet points are so crucial. It would be beneficial if you have experience communicating with customers via phone in a workplace environment.


Excellent verbal and written communicator and comfortable with a role that is phone oriented. Someone who's enthusiastic and passionate about people, keen to provide an effortless customer experience in each and every transaction and not afraid to chase leads. Job purpose:



This role is an integral part of our Commercial team within Bruntwood, managing workspace enquiries we receive through our website - linked here - qualifying key information via phone calls/email and live chat, collectively working with the Commercial Surveyors to arrange viewings.


What you'll be doing:




First contact for inbound leads for our products responding, influencing and gaining interest in viewing our spaces. Discussing customer and prospective customer needs through telephone, email and live chat and evaluating our product range for best fit and if there isn't anything immediate, discussing alternative options. Managing a multi-stage lead follow-up process that ensures we maximise the conversion of initial interest to opportunity and viewing. Collaborating with and supporting the Commercial team by managing the enquiry pipeline, booking in viewings and driving deals through to completion. Logging all leads and live enquiries onto our CRM, use the system to effectively manage lead tasks and ensure accurate data availability. Developing a thorough understanding of Bruntwood's products through regular site visits, staying up to date on availability and pricing structures. Maintaining a strong awareness of key brand USPs across all operating regions through consistent cross-departmental collaboration. Conducting inbound and outbound calls in a personable but professional manner. Collecting and analysing customer data, identifying trends and sharing insights with the wider teams, in particular Commercial & Marketing who are key stakeholders/collaborators. Actively leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and identifying opportunities for process automation within the lead management flow.
