About the Role

We're recruiting a

Customer Engagement Executive

to join our Sales team and play a key role in how we connect with new and existing customers.

While this role sits within our sales function, it is

not commission-based and not high-pressure

. Your focus will be on understanding customer needs, providing guidance, and building long-term relationships -- rather than pushing sales targets.

You'll work closely with our Sales and Customer teams, supporting enquiries, running software demonstrations, and contributing to marketing and engagement activities.

In This Role, You Will:

Deliver friendly, informative online software demonstrations (full training provided) Speak with salon owners to understand their businesses and offer helpful solutions Respond to enquiries from potential customers and guide them through their options Support the Sales team with account management and customer follow-ups Build positive, long-term relationships with customers Manage your own workload, enquiries, and administrative tasks Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online channels Assist with occasional customer account support Help create content for social media and marketing campaigns Attend trade shows, sales events, and customer visits when required Support general office administration when needed
About You

Confident and friendly when speaking with customers Organised and able to manage multiple conversations and tasks Comfortable presenting or keen to learn how to demo products Interested in customer experience, communication, and marketing A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
Previous experience in customer service, account management, or sales is helpful but

not essential

-- full training will be provided.

Education

GCSEs in Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above) or equivalent (required)

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm 35 hours per week
