We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Campaign Operations Manager to support the execution and optimization of our Customer Engagement campaigns and workflows for Sportsbook, by leading a team of Operation Executives
In this hands-on role, you will oversee the operational execution of multi-channel Customer Engagement campaigns, ensuring processes are followed, tools are used effectively, and campaigns are delivered on time and without errors. Working closely with the Senior Operations Manager, you will also contribute to refining operational workflows and championing a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
This role requires excellent organisational skills, people management capability, and a sharp eye for execution detail.
Responsibilities:
Team Management & Leadership
+ Manage and support a team of Operations Executives, overseeing daily campaign tasks and priorities.
+ Assign work, monitor team progress, and provide guidance on executional excellence and problem-solving.
+ Ensure the team adheres to QA processes, campaign setup standards, and documentation best practices.
+ Foster a collaborative and efficient working environment; provide training, mentoring, and feedback to help develop team capability.
Campaign Execution Oversight
+ Oversee the execution of Customer Engagement campaigns (email, push, SMS, inbox), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
+ Ensure campaign briefs from requesting teams are comprehensive and that all assets/data are in place for successful delivery.
+ Conduct campaign QA checks and supervise the team's QA work to minimise errors and ensure compliance.
+ Track live campaigns and troubleshoot issues as they arise, escalating when needed.
+ Work closely with key stakeholders and team such as Gaming Operations, Trading, Customer Engagement to ensure first-time-right delivery of campaigns
Process & Operational Excellence
+ Maintain and improve campaign and rewards execution workflows, briefing protocols, and documentation templates.
+ Champion operational discipline across the team, identifying areas to streamline and automate tasks.
+ Maintain campaign tracking and reporting dashboards for visibility and accountability.
+ Support the implementation of process enhancements or new tooling features introduced by the Senior Managers or Technology teams.
Collaboration & Reporting
+ Partner with Campaign Managers, BI, Product, and Creative teams to ensure alignment and readiness for campaign execution.
+ Review campaign outcomes and flag any recurring delivery challenges or improvement opportunities.
+ Contribute to regular campaign performance reporting and team OKR tracking.
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in CRM operations, campaign execution, or marketing automation.
Prior experience managing or mentoring a small team is strongly preferred.
Highly organised with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders.
Skilled in using CRM or marketing automation platforms like Adobe Campaign, Optimove, Salesforce, or Braze.
Strong communicator with an ability to collaborate across functions and simplify complex tasks for the team.
Solution-oriented and process-minded with a high attention to detail.
Comfortable in fast-paced, high-volume marketing environments.
Stakeholder Management: Exceptional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Communication: Fluency in verbal and written English.
Bonus Points
Background in online gaming, sports betting, or entertainment marketing.
Familiarity with customer lifecycle marketing and data-driven targeting.
Basic working knowledge of SQL, data segmentation, or campaign analytics.
Understanding of data privacy regulations in CRM (e.g., GDPR, ePrivacy).
