Your role as Team Lead



As

Customer Engagement Team Lead

, you will take the lead in

how we connect with customers in the UK market

.
You guide a small but versatile team, ensure proper follow-up of incoming leads, improve communication flows, and drive structure in a warm, human way.

You are the link between marketing, sales, service and automation. You make sure our digital promise becomes real-world customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing



Team Coordination

Organise daily planning and set priorities Coach and motivate the team to grow in performance and confidence
Process & Flow Optimisation

Monitor lead follow-up, tasks and customer touchpoints Structure workflows: tagging, CRM logging, communication steps Ensure quality of customer replies, email templates and scripts Optimise Shopify flows and interactions in collaboration with marketing
Campaign & Segment Activation

Collaborate with HQ marketing to roll out campaigns tailored to local segments Track KPIs (conversion rates, campaign success, engagement rates) Collect team & customer feedback to improve customer experience Think proactively about how to expand to other target groups (e.g. real estate, funeral industry, education)

Who are you?



You have experience in marketing or commercial coordination You've led a team before, or you're ready to take that step You believe in structure, consistency and clear processes over pushy sales tactics You understand how automation, content and support should work together You're both operationally hands-on and a natural communicator You're proactive, reliable and not afraid to take ownership
