We are recruiting for a Customer Excellence Executive to join our team voco Leicester! Responsibilities will include looking after reservations, group enquires and Meeting Event enquiries.

You'll be a relationship-builder, dealmaker, a real driven-by-results type. To have found yourself here, we'll hedge a guess that you'll have a passion for sales - which is great news for us, as your role as Meeting, Events Group Sales Executive will see you proactively selling our hotel facilities within the Meetings, Conference Events market.


What will I be responsible for as Meeting, Events Group Sales Executive?





Working closely with your MICE Sales Manager, you'll play a key part in driving revenue into our hotel - through managing and converting enquiries, promoting our hotels and brands, and finding innovative ways to maximise sales opportunities.

+ Excellent written and verbal communications


GUEST EXPERIENCE






+ Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and outside contacts to produce group and/or convention business, to include room sales, food beverage sales, and catering/banquet services.
+ Provide guests with information (example: loyalty programmes, area attractions, facility information) to enhance the guest experience.
+ Communicate to appropriate departments all information requirements and special needs for arriving VIP's, large groups, and other key guests.


RESPONSIBLE BUSINESS






+ Proactively market the image of the Hotel, company, and the brand through quality customer care standards in accordance with the hotel's service style and philosophy.
+ To ensure the effective handling of all sales enquiries (Christmas, Wedding, Events and ME) in a timely, professional manner, following the correct Kew Green procedures, working to the hotels selling strategy/ commercial plan.
+ Maximise all revenue opportunities.
+ Provide detailed information to the operations team ensuring all information regards events are communicated effectively.
+ Conduct thorough show rounds of the hotel with both potential and existing clients
+ Support further sales activity within the hotel as required
+ To support the Hotel in identifying and collecting sales leads enquiries and cascading as appropriate.
+ To grow and develop, existing customers through regular contact, meeting and greeting, follow up calls, etc.

+ All Internal audits achieved
+ Response time average under 2 hours
