Job Description
The Customer Expedite Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring timely delivery of products to meet customer expectations. This position acts as a liaison between customers, production, and logistics teams to monitor, prioritize, and expedite orders through the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a solid understanding of supply chain and production workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and expedite requests. Monitor and track customer orders throughout the production lifecycle to ensure on-time delivery. Collaborate with production planning, purchasing, and logistics teams to identify and resolve potential delays. Prioritize and escalate urgent orders, ensuring internal stakeholders are aligned on delivery commitments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of order progress and customer communications in ERP and Customer systems. Generate and distribute regular reports on order status, backlog, and expedite performance. Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and efficiently, ensuring resolution and follow-up.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good IT skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of manufacturing processes and lead times is a plus.

Hours:
Monday to Thursday - 8.15am - 5pm
Friday - 8am - 1pm
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to 27,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
