Overview


This is an exciting role for an individual looking to build and grow their career in a fast-growing and ambitious company. You will take ownership of our social media accounts, producing creative and engaging content for our followers and look to grow the reach of these channels and posts. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and promotions to market to our audience. By working with our partners, you will develop and negotiate promotion calendars in order to offer great deals for our customers to enjoy.

You will develop your commercial skills by monitoring and analysing the effect of social media activity and promotions, and identify opportunities for the future. As part of the role, you will assist with commercial activities such as rate canvassing to ensure we are providing excellent value for our customers.

In this role, you'll be based in our Wokingham town centre office and work with our current team to enhance our customers' experience. You will be helping with customer queries and troubleshooting any problems they may experience when trying to purchase our products. At times this may include liaising with our partners around the world in order to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities



Social media management including creating and posting content across a variety of channels. Identifying and negotiating promotions with our partners. Monitoring and analysing the effect of promotions and using the results of this to determine the direction for future campaigns. Providing excellent customer service support to our users across all brands. Undertaking rate canvasses to ensure we are competitive and providing good value to our customers. Carry out quality checks to ensure accuracy across our websites. Support the team with administrative tasks. Staying up to date with insurance and travel trends.

Requirements



5 GCSE grades 4/C or above Competent in Microsoft Office applications Experience in providing exceptional customer service An ambitious individual who wants to build their career within the company Ability to use initiative Organised with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team Knowledge of marketing tools or software is preferred but not essential A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 25,000.00 per year
