We run an established eBay store with a growing e-commerce website, and we are looking for a driven and highly organised individual to join our commercial team. Role Summary
We are seeking an E-Commerce and Marketing Administrator to manage online product listings, assist with customer enquiries, support sales administration and help run digital marketing campaigns. The role requires excellent organisation, strong attention to detail and confidence working with online platforms and office systems. This is an office-based position.
Key Responsibilities
E-Commerce and Online Sales
Manage product listings, descriptions and pricing on eBay, Shopify and future online sales channels
Upload new products, maintain stock accuracy and ensure listings are well presented
Process online orders, returns and customer queries professionally
Prepare invoices and maintain accurate sales records
Monitor online sales performance and support improvements to product listings
Customer Service and Administration
Respond to customer enquiries by phone, email and social media
Manage and update CRM systems (Zoho and Xero) with accurate customer information
Assist with supplier communication, purchase orders and general administrative duties
Produce sales reports and support the sales team with lead tracking and follow-ups
Maintain tidy, organised electronic filing and documentation
Marketing and Social Media
Assist with creating and scheduling social media content across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Support email marketing campaigns, customer newsletters and promotional activity
Help write product descriptions, captions and basic marketing copy
Use Canva or similar tools to create simple digital graphics
Monitor campaign performance and provide feedback and basic reporting
Required Skills and Experience
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication
Experience using eBay, Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
Competent in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
Knowledge of social media platforms for business purposes
Accurate record-keeping and confident working with invoices and sales documentation
Desirable
Experience with Zoho, Xero or other CRM/accounting systems
Experience in marketing, digital content or administration
Knowledge of motorbike or automotive parts is useful but not required
Graphic design or photo editing skills (Canva, Photoshop) are a bonus
