Angel Blooms is your all-occasions showroom, transforming special moments into unforgettable experiences. From custom floral designs and wedding stationery to personalised gifts, hampers, and balloons - we specialise in bringing creative visions to life.

We're looking for a customer-focused, creative team member with strong communication and organisational skills to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service & Sales Support

Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and website Deliver a warm, professional showroom experience for walk-in clients Support customers through the design and ordering process

Showroom Presentation & Visual Merchandising

Maintain a tidy, visually appealing showroom environment Assist customers in selecting floral arrangements, gifts, and personalised items

Event & Workshop Support

Help prepare hampers, balloon arrangements, and customised gifts Provide hands-on support for styling events and in-house workshops Training provided for all product creation tasks

Social Media & Content Creation

Assist in capturing in-store and event content Contribute to social media visuals and showcase new designs and offerings

What We're Looking For

Excellent customer service and communication skills Friendly, confident, and professional demeanour Ability to multitask and manage time effectively A collaborative team player willing to support across all areas

Full UK driving licence

(required for occasional deliveries and event support) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Creative flair and an eye for detail (design experience a bonus)

Working Hours

Wednesday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Thursday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Friday: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

Additional hours/overtime may be available for events and seasonal bookings - flexibility on weekends is a plus.
