If you are a Junior Customer Experience Assistant who has experience of customer service, order processing, and digital portal support, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our growing team.
If successful, you will play a key role within our Customer Experience Department, generating strong client relationships and reliable day-to-day support, to deliver high-quality service across every touchpoint.

How we will support you:

Your typical day will look like:
Supporting and maintaining client portals, including product catalogues, branding, pricing, and user access
Assisting with onboarding new clients and setting up their portals accurately
Handling inbound queries by phone, email, and CRM, providing timely and professional support
Processing customer orders and ensuring clear communication about order status
Liaising with logistics and operations teams to resolve delivery or fulfilment issues
Building product knowledge to help resolve queries and advise clients
Maintaining accurate customer and order data within CRM and order systems
Supporting the generation of reports and summaries on account performance
Collaborating across departments to continually improve the customer experience
You will have:
GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (Grades A*-C / 9-4)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
0-2 years of experience in customer service, or sales support
Familiarity with CRM systems, order portals, or Excel
An interest in or willingness to learn about protective wear and uniform products
