Customer Experience Associate

to join the founding team of our fresh, vibrant student accommodation company - right here in beautiful

Marlow

As we prepare to welcome our very first wave of students across the country, you'll play a

key role

in helping us build a community from the ground up. This is your chance to shape the way we do things - from first enquiry to key handover - and to become the go-to person for all things lettings and resident experience.

What you'll be doing:

Be the friendly first point of contact for students, parents, and agents Handle enquiries, viewings, and tenancy applications with style and efficiency Organise lettings documentation (tenancy agreements, guarantor forms, ID checks) Keep our CRM and records neat, tidy, and always up to date Support the marketing and social media team with fresh ideas and local buzz Coordinate move-in/move-out processes and ensure a smooth resident journey Work closely with property managers to keep everything running like clockwork Supporting the Senior Management team in all things admin, structuring and keeping everything well organised and up to date Travelling to our Student University towns / cities to engage with our community and implement marketing strategies

We'd love you to have:

Exceptionally good admin and well organised / structured Experience in lettings, student housing, or property administration Fantastic communication skills and a genuinely warm, helpful nature First-class attention to detail and a super-organised mindset Confidence with tech (we're paperless where possible!) A proactive attitude - you're not afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in A passion for great customer service - you'll be the heartbeat of our team!
