Job Description

We are seeking a

Customer Experience Coordinator

to join our small friendly team in providing exceptional service to our diverse customer base.

Key responsibilities include:

proactively promoting and selling outdoor learning programmes and facilities carefully matched to customer requirements and learning objectives delivering excellent customer services to guests on site, facilitating a high-quality customer experience.
Candidates should enjoy working in a young person centred setting and be able to demonstrate the following personal qualities:

Previous experience in a similar administrative role Strong ICT skills including experience of database entry Experience of communicating effectively with a wide range of organisations and individuals A good understanding of the value and positive impacts of outdoor learning or a willingness to learn Experience of a specialist booking system or a willingness to learn An ability to demonstrate strong prioritisation and organisation skills, manage changing priorities and a proven experience of meeting deadlines

Please note:

As this role involves working in a regulated environment with young people, any offer will be conditional to satisfactory background checks which include criminal record check and employment reference.

Hours are primarily Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.00.

To support operational commitments the role is required to also support occasional reception cover until 7pm, plus work approximately 10 weekends a year.

Candidates should be able to drive or live locally as there is no access by public transport.
