We're looking for a Customer Experience Executive to join our team on a fixed term basis to act as a first point of contact for our pubs and beer brands. This role is essential in helping ensure we resolve feedback and complaints while championing exceptional experiences. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver high quality moments, drive continuous improvement and ensure every customer interaction reflects our commitment to be a long-lasting, positive force in the South West.
