Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and energetic Host to welcome and assist customers at our dealership. As the first point of contact, you will create a positive first impression, guide visitors through the showroom, and coordinate initial interactions to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome all visitors and customers warmly upon arrival.

Assist customers in identifying their needs and direct them to the appropriate sales staff or departments.

Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting dealership environment.

Manage the flow of foot traffic and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Provide information about the dealership's services, current promotions, and available vehicles.

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries professionally and promptly.

Coordinate customer appointments and follow-up visits.

Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.

Uphold the dealership's standards of professionalism, friendliness, and customer service.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft word

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Outgoing, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and remain organised.

Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.

Required

Holds a full UK driving licence

DBS check is required for this role
