Customer Information Desk Assistant

to join our team at Simpsons Garden Centre, Inverness.

About the role:

As the first point of contact for our customers, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming environment. Your day-to-day will include:

Greeting customers with a warm and helpful attitude

Supporting with queries, customer orders and deliveries, returns, and handling calls and emails

Providing information on products, services, and events

Supporting other departments as needed to keep things running smoothly

What we're looking for:

Excellent communication and people skills

A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn

Good attention to detail and basic IT/till skills

Flexibility to work weekends as part of your regular hours

An interest in gardening, retail, or outdoor living is a bonus (but not essential!)
