The Role:

The Customer Insight Apprentice will support the Customer Insight team in delivering research and insight programmes to ensure our colleagues and brands remain close to our markets, our customers and their evolving needs. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn and develop skills in Customer Insight and support out business in putting customers at the heart of our decision making! Alongside this, the role will require successfully completing the Level 4 Market Research Executive apprenticeship; a 21 month programme involving various training, coaching and individual projects to enhance the key knowledge, skills and behaviours to be successful with research projects to generate data and insight.

What you\'ll be responsible for as a Customer Insight Apprentice:

  • Supporting with the set-up, running and analysis of research projects
  • Helping summarise the key findings of research projects
  • Providing support to Customer Insight colleagues who manage continual insight programmes, potentially including customer experience, brand health, market performance, web traffic monitoring, price reporting and trend monitoring
  • Providing research content and design input into reporting decks
  • Helping to set-up knowledge storage
  • Administering the team roadmap and budget tracker and helping to develop and evolve these to ensure they keep meeting the needs of the team and wider business
  • Staying well connected to our customers, markets and competitors and playing an active role in growing our knowledge

  • Good visualisation capabilities
  • Comfortable analysing data
  • Curious and inquisitive
  • Ability to summarise information in a simple and engaging way
  • Comfortable with preparing presentation content
  • Enjoys a challenge, ability to adapt
