Job Description
We\'re looking for a Customer Insights Exec to join JD Sports Customer Experience Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to really understand the end-to-end customer journey. Identifying the root cause of customer dissatisfaction and pro-actively recommending opportunities to implement solutions that reduce customer effort and improve CX metrics.

What You\'ll Be Doing: As a Customer Insights Exec, you\'ll be doing the following:
- Interrogating contact trends and reduction opportunities across JD Fashion plc by working closely with Customer Service, Logistics, India Support and business areas to ensure global processes and systems drive increased efficiencies and performance.
- Interrogating carrier data trends to validate adherence to customer sla\'s and customer promise to ensure customers get what they want, when they want it.
- Designing, implementing and driving solutions that reduce waste, reduce contact and improve CX metrics.
What We\'re Looking For:
- Previous experience in customer experience, quality improvement and process enhancement in the Ecommerce/Retail sector
- Someone who has excellent Microsoft excel skills \xe2\x80\x93 this is essential, and a test will be required at interview stage
- Someone who has Excellent people skills and has strong communication skills both written and oral.
