What we are looking for:
As a Customer Involvement Officer, you will work in the Engagement and Communications Team to:
Be a friendly face and a voice for our communities to help our tenants have their say on our services.
Support the delivery of the Tenant Voice Strategy to meet the new Social Housing Regulation Bill requirements.
Help build resilience within communities through training, empowerment and capacity building, enhancing the skills within communities, run groups, obtain funding and build confident communities.
Engage with tenants through diverse and innovative methods on housing services and policies which affect them, ensuring feedback is collated and used to enhance service delivery.
Provide opportunities for customers to be involved in service delivery at various levels in line with the company's Tenant Voice Model.
Have excellent communication skills and to be able to facilitate meetings/ focus groups with tenants.
Working collaboratively across teams to support the development and implementation of surveys and consultations, encouraging tenant participation of a more diverse and representative range of tenants.
Have a genuine commitment to customer care, be self-motivated and well organised, able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team, with the ability to work flexibly and outside of normal office hours as required, such as evening residents' meetings.
