Customer Liaison Officer



37 hours per week,

based at our gorgeous dockside offices

in Preston



29,100.46 per annum



What will you be doing in this role?



As a Customer Liaison Officer, you will be a crucial link between our tenants and the teams delivering our repairs and improvement works. You will work closely with our tenants to agree work schedules and ensure that intrusive or disruptive repair works are completed quickly to the required standards, as well as being a point of contact whilst the works are ongoing.

What we are looking for:




We are looking for someone who shares our values and has previous experience of working in a customer service role and delivering successful outcomes when issues arise. You will be confident and experienced in communicating with people over the phone, by email and face to face. You will have fantastic analytical and organisation skills and experience of working in a fast paced environment with the ability to adjust to changing situations at short notice.


You'll need access to a vehicle with business insurance as this role involves occasional travel to tenants' homes in Preston.





It would be great if you also had:




Experience of working in a social housing environment.
