Job Role
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Customer Liaison Specialist to join our Contact Centre team based in Nottingham. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
The role will require people to work weekends which will included Saturday and Sunday which working from Home. This role is a part time position working up to 30 hours per week working a mixture of shifts which will include evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, striving for first-call resolution whenever possible.
Liaise with other departments to address customer concerns and escalate complex issues as needed.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing the overall customer experience.
Requirements
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in a contact centre environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
