We're looking for a hands-on customer marketer to help us engage, educate and retain our customers through standout lifecycle campaigns. Most people know they should engage with their finances - but don't. So breaking through takes creative thinking, lots of experimentation and a deep understanding of what really motivates people to act.
In this role, you'll obsess over how to engage our Investing customers in ways that feel helpful, timely and human. You'll need to understand our category, but also be bold enough to do things differently. You'll report into the Senior Marketing Manager overseeing CRM and collaborate closely with our CRM Ops Manager to turn strategy into well-executed journeys.
