Your mission


At Frontify, our Customer Marketing Specialist will establish and scale a proactive customer marketing function that supports and transforms customers into advocates, storytellers, and community champions. This role is essential to showcase real-world success that customers and partners have with our products through case studies, interviews, testimonials, quotes, reviews, and customer programs. Working cross-functionally with Brand Marketing, Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Sales, you'll amplify customer voices to strengthen our go-to-market activities and strengthen our product credibility. You'll lead initiatives that deepen engagement, foster loyalty, and deliver measurable business impact through creative storytelling and data-driven execution. As the internal champion of the customer perspective, you'll ensure our customers' success stories are at the heart of how we grow and how we tell Frontify's story.

Your responsibilities



+ You'll build and scale customer advocacy and reference programs from the ground up. + You'll develop compelling customer-facing content such as case studies and testimonials in multiple formats (video, written, etc.).
+ You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to elevate GTM initiatives through customer stories.
+ You'll use customer insights to inform marketing and campaign strategy and execution.
+ You'll create engaging narratives that translate complex product value into clear and compelling stories.
+ You'll manage multiple campaigns and content pipelines simultaneously with strong project management skills.
+ You'll assess the competitive landscape to curate stories that position Frontify as a market leader.
+ You'll build interactive and impactful customer stories that drive brand and product awareness.
+ You'll partner with commercial teams to identify customer profiles for advocacy opportunities.

Your story



+ You have 5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, brand marketing, customer marketing, or a related field--preferably in B2B SaaS or tech. + You have a proven track record of driving customer advocacy programs and initiatives.
+ You're an exceptional storyteller with content creation skills and a flair for translating product features into customer value.
+ You possess a strong interest in product features, innovations, and customer engagement.
+ You have experience contributing to customer community-building efforts or peer networks.
+ You're familiar with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
+ You're able to manage or influence video production workflows (scripting, interviews, editing feedback).
+ You've worked with global customer bases and tailoring programs for regional audiences.
+ You have a background in building robust customer review cycles and generating positive online feedback streams.
