Hours:
39 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Job Purpose:
To oversee and coordinate the operational service functions within the customer service department, including logistics, returns, and display fulfilment. This role ensures that all service-related operational tasks are handled effectively by the respective team members while retaining final authority on returns approvals and commercial decisions. The coordinator's role is to maintain standards, ensure cost recovery, and free up the sales and customer service teams to focus on revenue-generating activity.
