Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner. Analyse customer issues and provide effective solutions or escalate as necessary. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and data entry into the system. Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls efficiently. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and resolve customer concerns. Stay informed about product updates and company policies to provide accurate information.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer service role is preferred. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus. Ability to analyse information and make sound decisions based on customer needs. Proficient in data entry with attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Multilingual abilities are advantageous for serving a diverse clientele. A positive attitude with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
