What You Will Do
Manage and update the Service Quote CRM to meet key performance targets
Drive revenue by booking customer appointments and scheduling engineers
Collaborate with field teams to ensure timely completion of paid works
Use data insights to identify gaps, prioritise workloads, and unlock new revenue opportunities
What We Look For
Strong time management and organisational skills
Confidence in customer relationship management and strategic planning
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience in conflict resolution and rapport building
Sales or planning experience, ideally in field-based operations (desirable)
