Due to long term sickness we are looking for a dynamic, like minded individual to join us in our busy training centre based in Wymondham, Norfolk on an initial 12 month temporary contract (there may be the opportunity to extend after the initial contract term which can be discussed at interview).
Required Skills
Must have experience in a fast-paced office environment
Confident telephone manner
Well organised
Good attention to detail
Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and Outlook
Be able to work within a small team, communicate effectively with a can-do, proactive and positive attitude.
Ability to multi-task and problem solve
Main responsibilities:
Answering enquiries (telephone & email)
Prioritising and managing workload to strict deadlines.
Booking training (including taking payments)
Administration (certificate processing, producing course paperwork, weekly check of upcoming training bookings, ensuring centre is tidy and prepared)
Management of multiple diaries.
Ensuring CRM & booking system is kept up to date
Checking and ordering centre stock as required
A share of Social Media & Marketing (some training will be given)
Making outbound calls/emails to existing and new customers to build relationships and generate business opportunities.

Working Hours
Full time Monday - Friday (36.25 hours)
Hours will be 07.45 - 16.00
Salary
25,000 per annum
Annual Leave
20 days, plus bank holidays.
Christmas and New Year is a company shut down and no annual leave entitlement needs to be used for this period.
