We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Relations Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience while promoting our products and services.
Duties
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions through data entry into our systems.
Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting issues.
Upsell products and services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales.
Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues effectively.
Provide feedback on customer trends and insights to improve service delivery.
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures while maintaining high standards of phone etiquette.
Skills
Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; multilingual candidates are highly desirable.
Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to engage customers positively.
Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Experience in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining customer trust.
