Location -

West Midlands Fire Service Training , based at our Oldbury training facility.

Background -

West Midlands Fire Service Training comprises of four instructors, one Customer Relationship Manager and one Manager. We are all based in Oldbury Training Facility


WMFS Training have been providing fire safety training and legislative advice to the business sector for more than 30 years. We have achieved a local, regional and national reputation for delivering a high quality, professional service. All the work we do underpins our corporate vision of making the West Midlands safer, stronger and healthier.


We provide everything from practical fire risk assessment and fire marshal courses though to fire safety lectures. We also offer an array of courses in first aid, evacuation chair use, and health and safety training. We can also tailor courses to meet the needs of our customers. These bespoke courses include motor sport response, industrial firefighting and salvage in heritage buildings.

We currently have a position for a Customer Relationship Manager.

Resilience and the ability to cope with rejection


A high degree of self-motivation and ambition


Excellent IT skills, including O365


Good communications skills both verbally and written and the ability to engage with customers on the phone or in person


An understanding of WMFS training and the courses it delivers.
