About the Role
As a
Customer Relations Representative
, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our
business clients
. This role is not just about making sales--it's about building long-lasting partnerships through exceptional
customer service
and making sure our clients have a positive experience at every touchpoint.
You'll be calling existing customers, answering questions, and helping them find the best products for their needs. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to

Key Responsibilities
Manage and nurture existing B2B relationships
, focusing on delivering exceptional service to our clients over the phone and through email.
Upsell and cross-sell
Bugalugs products by suggesting relevant solutions that align with the customer's needs.
Provide expert advice and product recommendations, ensuring businesses choose the right products for their customers.
Respond promptly to inquiries, resolving any issues or concerns with professionalism and care.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with our sales and operations teams to ensure smooth order processing and prompt delivery.
Stay knowledgeable about our full range of products and the latest industry trends to ensure you're always ready to assist.
Contribute to the overall customer experience by providing valuable feedback to improve our services and offerings.
