Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking customers via email, chat, phone, or social media.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and efficiency.
Resolve product or service issues by clarifying complaints, determining the cause, selecting the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution.
Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system and ensure all interactions are logged properly.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, logistics, technical support) to resolve customer concerns and enhance service delivery.
Assist in the translation of customer communication materials and support documents from English to Mandarin and vice versa.
Identify and escalate recurring issues or trends to help improve overall customer experience.
Support after-sales service processes, including returns, refunds, and warranty claims when applicable.
