We work with local authorities, family hubs and partner organisations across the UK.
Our small team all work remotely, but our registered office is located in London.
About the role
We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Customer Relationship Coordinator to help nurture our growing network of local authority and organisational partners. You'll be the main contact for our customers, supporting onboarding, managing renewals, and ensuring a smooth, positive experience with our digital resources. You'll combine relationship-building with practical coordination and accurate record-keeping. A key part of the role is representing OnePlusOne's evidence-based work confidently and accurately when speaking with partners. You'll help them understand the research and impact behind what we do.
The role is 3 days per week worked flexibly between the hours of 8am - 6pm. The working hours are 21 per week with an unpaid lunch break of 1 hour per day. The salary is 27,000 FTE. The role is home-based but does require occasional travel to attend meetings and events.
Main responsibilities
Maintain and strengthen relationships with local authorities and partner organisations.
Be a professional, approachable first point of contact for customer enquiries and renewals.
Record all partner activity in Monday.com (CRM).
Support contract administration, tracking key dates, purchase orders and invoicing.
Prepare meeting notes, short reports and partner updates.
Coordinate logistics for conferences or external meetings.
Work with colleagues across Operations, Communications and Partnerships to ensure consistent messaging.
Confidently communicate the evidence and research behind OnePlusOne's programmes.
About you
You enjoy connecting with people, keeping things organised and representing work that makes a difference. You're detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable balancing relationship management with admin.
Essential skills and experience
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Strong organisation and follow-through.
Experience using CRM or project management tools.
Comfortable handling contracts, renewals or invoicing.
Confidence explaining evidence-based work to partners or clients.
Willing to travel occasionally for events or meetings.
Experience in the charity, non-profit or public sector environment is helpful but not essential. Enthusiasm and professionalism are key.
