Location:

Brighton (Office-Based)

Hours:

10:00-14:00, Monday to Friday

Salary:

13,000 - 14,560 per year (dependent on experience)

Core Responsibilities



Operations & Order Management:

Flawlessly execute the daily order workflow, maintain pristine data integrity across all systems, and continuously improve our processes.

Customer Communication & Support:

Provide timely, empathetic support via phone and email, solving problems with precision and representing the helpful voice of our brand.

This is a part-time role based in our Brighton office, Monday to Friday, from 10am to 2pm. The salary is 13,000 - 14,560 (experience dependant). Do these core requirements work for you?
