to join our

Data Services

team.

The Role





The Rightmove Data Services team is experiencing an exciting period of growth, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and passionate individual to help us deliver high-quality service to our diverse client base. Working closely with the

Operations Manager

, as well as colleagues in

Sales, Product Development, and Data Insights

, you will be at the heart of ensuring a seamless customer experience.



You will play a key role in troubleshooting customer issues, identifying ways to improve processes, and ensuring that our customer service remains

industry-leading

as our customer base continues to expand.

What you'll be doing




Deliver exceptional customer experiences, building strong, lasting relationships. Become an expert in our processes and services to resolve enquiries quickly and efficiently. Own customer issues from start to finish, ensuring timely updates and solutions. Manage onboarding, ongoing engagement, and deliver training via phone, email, or video. Keep customer records accurate and collaborate with teams across Sales, Marketing, Customer Experience, Finance, and Product. Spot opportunities to improve the customer journey, streamline processes, and boost efficiency. Lead strategic projects and support the Sales team with lead coordination when needed.

multiple stakeholders

across different teams.



It would be great if you also have:




An

interest in product development

and the ability to discuss technical requirements. Experience in a

sales-led environment

. Familiarity with

CRMs

(e.g., Salesforce, SugarCRM) and some

SQL knowledge

. A

proactive mindset

, willing to challenge ideas and suggest solutions.
