We are currently seeking a

Customer Relationship Manager

to join our team in supporting the Sales and Transport departments. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role in maintaining seamless operations and delivering exceptional customer service across our depots in Essex and Suffolk.

Role Summary

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to support fuel sales and coordinate delivery logistics. You'll be instrumental in driving sales growth, managing client accounts, and ensuring the efficient scheduling of deliveries. This dynamic role offers a mix of customer service, sales support, and operational coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Support the COO with daily administrative and operational tasks. Manage relationships with existing domestic and commercial fuel customers. Maintain and update customer records in the internal database. Identify opportunities to cross-sell products and services to boost profitability. Schedule and coordinate daily fuel deliveries, liaising with drivers and external transport maintenance providers. Prepare and manage spreadsheets for KPI tracking in advance of sales meetings. Generate daily activity reports for senior management review. Contribute to digital marketing and e-campaign efforts. Participate in weekly sales meetings to discuss performance and refine sales strategy.

Key Skills and Experience

Proven sales experience with the ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Strong administrative and organisational skills. Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Goal-oriented, with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets. Confident, proactive, and highly motivated personality.
