About the role:

We're excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to become part of something special. Our Customer Resolution Team, based at our Head Office in Darlington, is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to help us deliver exceptional service to our members.

As a

Customer Resolution Officer,

you'll put our members at the heart of everything you do. Your role will involve:

Providing outstanding customer service and resolving complaints in line with our policies, procedures, and redress guidelines. Identifying root causes of issues and contributing to service improvements across the Society. Supporting the production of MI to help drive better outcomes for our members.

Are passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. Enjoy engaging with people and building meaningful connections. Want to make a real difference by improving processes and enhancing the member experience. Are a great listener with strong attention to detail. Are curious and like to understand how and why things work. Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
